571 L Form in California

Form 571 – L is used to report to the assessor all of your personal property, fixtures, and improvements. This is what the assessor uses to determine your property tax. Many companies underestimate the significance of this form because the assessor uses it to value your assets and the amount of that assessment is typically extremely unclear. Call me to discuss this critical form.
